Join free listFor house-hunters and investors in Mauritius
DealRadar reads the listings for you every day and tells you which ones are priced well below similar places in the same area. Not just what's new. What's cheap.
New ads, edits and price drops across the main Mauritius property sites, every day.

By email or WhatsApp, the same day, with a link to the original ad so you can call before everyone else does.

Public listings on Mauritius property sites. I don't host anything. Every alert links straight to the original ad.
I take the price per m² and compare it with the median for the same region and number of bedrooms over the last 90 days. If it's well below, it gets flagged. If an ad doesn't give a size, I compare the total price with similar places instead.
