DealRadar MU sends property deal alerts for Mauritius. To do that, I need a small amount of information about you. I keep it minimal. I do not sell it.

What I collect

  • Your email address. I need it if you join the waitlist or subscribe to alerts.
  • Your WhatsApp number, if you choose to give it to me.
  • Your preferences: areas of interest, budget range, and whether you are a buyer, investor, or agent.
  • Your consent to receive deal emails, and basic records of when you joined or changed your preferences.

Why I collect it

I use these details only to send you property deal alerts, manage your place on the waitlist or your subscription, and reply when you contact me. I do not use them for unrelated marketing.

Payments

Lemon Squeezy is my merchant of record and handles payments. They process your payment and card details. I never see or store your full card details. I may receive limited information, such as your plan, subscription status, and renewal or cancellation date.

Sharing your data

I do not sell or rent your personal data. I share it only with service providers that help me run the service, such as my form host, email or WhatsApp delivery provider, and billing provider. I may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Your rights under the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017

I handle personal data in line with the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017. You can ask me to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can also withdraw your consent to receive alerts. Contact me and I will respond within a reasonable time.

Unsubscribing and retention

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email me to stop alerts. I keep your details while you are on the waitlist or subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask me to delete your data, I remove it unless the law requires me to keep certain records.

Cookies and trackers

I do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this page.

I may update this policy as the service develops. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
