Terms of Service

Last updated: November 2026 · The short version of the rules for using DealRadar MU.

DealRadar MU is a property deal alert service for Mauritius. If you join the waitlist or use the service, you agree to these terms.

What you get

I scan public property listings. I compare them with local median prices. Then I send you alerts about listings that look underpriced. I also provide related information, such as price history and, on some plans, rental-yield estimates.

Information, not advice

My alerts and scores are for information only. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax, or valuation advice. I am not a real estate agent or broker. I am not part of any deal between you and a seller or agent. You are responsible for your own checks, including viewing the property, checking the title and permits, and getting professional advice before you buy.

Listings from third parties

Deals come from public listings on third-party sites. I do not own or control those listings. I do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, availability, price, condition, or legality. Listings can change or disappear without notice. Always check the details on the original site and with the seller or agent. My alerts link you back to the original listing.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy, my merchant of record. You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future charges. Their payment terms and refund rules also apply to your purchase. I may change standard prices in the future, and I will give subscribers notice.

Founding-member price

The founding-member price is $5 per month. It stays locked for as long as your subscription stays active and continuous. If you cancel or your subscription lapses, I cannot guarantee the founding price if you subscribe again. The founding price is limited to the first 50 members.

Acceptable use

Please use the service for your own property search or investment research. Do not resell, redistribute, or scrape my alerts. Do not use the service to break the law or the rules of the sites I link to.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for losses or decisions made in reliance on my alerts or on information from third-party listings. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms as the service develops. The latest version will be posted on this page. If you keep using the service, you accept the updated terms.
